Tor is a striking goats milk cheese from Somerset with a lightly creamy texture and a fine balance between salt and citrus flavours, giving way to that lovely goat flavour that never overpowers. We think it pairs well with Domaine de Vedilhan 2018, Viognier, Vin de Pays d'Oc, a weighty white with a nose and palate including rose, pineapple, melon, peach, lychee and mango.
