We’ve recently discovered Lugana Catulliano by Pratello and we’re loving it. A great Spring and Summer wine with flavours of peach, apricot and almond. This is a very well balanced wine and it’s this balance that makes this cheese pairing possible. The sweet and slightly salty flavours of the Gruyere compliment the fruit flavours of the wine perfectly and really bring out the almond flavour.
