A wine as special as Saint MAX Rosé needs a special cheese to go with it and we’ve found that with this delightful Goat Gouda. The light fruity flavours of Saint MAX need something equally light to go with them and with this cheese it has that in the sweet, grassy flavours of the cheese with a light earthiness near the rind.
