We are an accredited London Living Wage Employer, which means that we voluntarily pay above the minimum rate set by the government. The real Living Wage is based on the actual cost of living and ensures that employees get a fair day’s pay.

Sustainability

At Froth & Rind we are working on a number of initiatives to improve our sustainability.

We promote the use of reusable cups and encourage our takeaway customers to rent a reusable cup from us if they don’t have their own.

Our single use items are either compostable or recycleable and we plan to phase out our use of single use items as much as possible.

Supporting others

We try to work with other small, local businesses when we can and currently stock products from Mothers Ruin, Good Folk and Bee17.

During the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic we did our best to support other businesses that have been struggling. We switched our focus to British cheese to help British cheesemakers who were struggling to due to the closure of the hospitality industry.
