We’ve taken Shetland Reel Original gin and paired it with the beautiful Pavé Cobble sheep’s milk cheese by Whitelake Cheese in Somerset. The juniper from the gin, works really well with the light grassy flavours of the cheese, bringing out the flavours in both the gin and the cheese.
