We thought we’d mix things up before we close by getting in some different cheeses to sit alongside our delicious regular range.

First up is Sao Jorge, a 24 month matured hard cheese from The Azores. A texture like Parmigg

One of our most popular cheeses at Christmas, Minger is a soft, washed-rind cheeses from Scotland. Lovely soft and gooey texture, with a pungent aroma and delicious flavour.
