Things are pretty grim in the UK at the moment and the cost of living crisis is affecting everyone, and unfortunately Froth & Rind is not immune to that. Since the turn of the year we’ve seen price increases all across the board with some particularly crippling, such as 65% on milk and over 100% on energy. We have had to increase prices a bit, but not to the level needed to cover these increases.

Our number 1 goal is to retain all of our wonderful team until we get through this and because of this we are asking for a little help. We received a lot of help to get through COVID and we’re reaching out again to ask our lovely customers to help again if they can. We’re bringing back the Virtual Coffee.

You can buy a virtual coffee right here online and the transaction is noted in our system. Once the financial crisis is behind us, you can come to the shop with the order number you receive when you buy the virtual coffee, and in exchange we’ll give you an actual coffee (or tea, hot chocolate) in return.

We’ve chosen the price of £3 as it’s the a nice round number and around the price of a coffee in the shop.
