This is one of our favourite goats cheeses. Rosary Ash is young and fresh with a lovely fluffy texture complimenting a citrusy flavour with a nice amount of that nutty flavour synonymous with goats cheese. We’ve heard it described as “like eating a cloud”.

The dusting of ash also contributes to the appearance of this cheese with the black of the ash contrasting with the brilliant white of the cheese underneath to make Rosary goat look as good as it tastes.
