Made with unpasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet, Pavé Cobble is a unique sheeps milk cheese from White Lake Cheese. Underneath the ash coated rind, it has a soft and springy texture that softens with age.

The flavours are sweet and creamy with a hint of nut with the soft flavours becoming more complex with age. As well as tasting great, this cheese also looks wonderful on a cheese board.
